CARL won't buy the HoS beret.
I can sell items so I wasn't doing anything wrong, and CARL wasn't angry. It is specifically this item. Folding the beret didn't work either.
Also, I like making the beret disappear entirely from the game.

NPCs only buy certain things, was the HoS beret/hat into the list?

Is this still present? CARL was set to buy the HoS beret....but not the switchable one the HoS actually spawns with. I think I fixed that.
