you should be able to puke on command if you have food in your belly
but if you do it too much it, like in the same way if you would poo too much your butt would come off, you'll accrue burn damage and strain your heart

If you like puke, you might wanna roll with that trait that gives you a random, permanent addiction. It makes me the Janitor's best friend, every round!
That said, dry heaving meaty chunks and the occasional organ sounds like great fun. Only with the verb, though.

I forget, does regular vomit eject bloodstream reagents? I know mass emesis does, which makes it surprisingly utilitarian. Aside from, you know, causing the janitor to have a conniption.
edit: and on that note - drink booze/fuel, flip lighter, *puke -- now you, too, can be Gene Simmons!
