Sec Back-mounted Portable Recharger - Frank_Stein - 06-06-2017
A big ole battery pack that takes up the backpack slot and let's you recharge things in the field.
Click on it with taser or baton to stick it in there and recharge it, click on it with an empty hand to pull it out
Figure it should have a capacity of about 500 PU and a special docking station back in the Sec equipment room to recharge it.

only if there's only ever one with no way to get more, so that sec ends up squabbling over it

I figure, one in the equipment room, and maybe a slightly higher capacity one in the armory.
