I believe Wire or someone else already had some code for spessman riding borgs.
As for the feature, yes, other codebases have it and its awesome.
also i wish we had better borg sprites, but that will need a total borg overhaul if we want to port them

Make it so if you're giving a piggy back ride and get lit on fire, you melt together like this.

A fusion of skin and flab. Horrifying.
