You can roll around and resist while dead until you first become a ghost - Sov - 04-20-2017
After dying you can still click around and spam resist to make your character roll around.
If you become a ghost and then return to your body you will no longer be able to roll around

Is it something you only see happening clientside, or does everyone else see the corpse jittering?

everyone sees it.
theres no harm for this, if anything its just another creative way to communicate with the dead, except while in your body you can't hear anything so ha. feature imo

If you were on fire when you died, this lets you stopdropnroll your way to not being on fire. Useful for making yourself easier to SR.
