Clicking Paper Bins Doesn't Get Piece Of Paper - Dabir - 04-04-2017
It picks the bin up up instead, which you should only be able to do by click-dragging to yourself. Click-dragging to yourself still picks them up. Right clicking and clicking "pick up", weirdly, does remove a piece of paper.

If you're holding it in one hand and click on the stack with your empty hand, you will still remove a sheet of paper.
The "picking up the stack on click" is a bug though. It used to involve click+dragging the stack onto your character to pick it up.
(I don't mind this change)

I liked it better before. If it's going to stay, at least make click-drag tear pages off without picking it up. Right-click menus are a bane to my existence.

Hey, I just realized that this bug also effects game boards. Normally you'd click to play them, and click drag to pick them up similar to the paper bins or donuts.
Except now clicking it just picks it up, making them impossible to play
