Yes.
This is something that seems a very fringe thing is actually a colossal pain in the ass, often resulting in you having to x out of byond and relog just to get rid of it.
Assuming you're talking about the occupation select as a late joiner after the "declare ready"

like after you hit ready mid-round? yeah this would be good. also adding some of those gimmick roles people were working on a while back would be good, i.e. pirate captain, ice moon researcher
