Give a Special PDA cartridge to the CE - Maegor - 03-21-2017
One that has a mechanic scanner and quartermaster controls, as well as atmos alerts. It is kind of dumb the CE being able to give tickets and have a forensic scanner while lacking the tools of his department. This would help make the CE more useful and fun to play when there aren't much engineering staff.
