A dump for all my sprites, poltergeists and other ghostly beings

I present to you the (not so) magnificent police siren helmet (idea by Conor12)

pretend that its a gif and all blinky and shit. I'm probably missing one of the sprites because i'm terrible.

i also improved the beret a while ago, so i might as well post it here.

added some nice shading and made the badge look not bad.
