Exactly the title. There's only like 4 I can ever find, including the one in the brig, clown quarters, and the other 2 places I can't remember. Just add a few more, like that crew thing under the jazz lounge, maybe in one of the closets in the crew quarters near arrivals, in the med section of the escape shuttle, even.

hint: check inside the girders in the places that have exposed girders. also check behind every bush. i never knew there was one in the brig, but i can think of 6, maybe 7 ??? pill stashes ive found. still, more are welcome :3

also if they have disease reagents give them 5 units each so they can actually uh infect people
yes people can use these on other people but that's only enough for one person so who gives a shit

maybe it would be considered metagaming, but if you see this guy called "misto maxo" ingame maybe he will show you the pill stashes he knows if u ask
