That's not even a version. You'll need to update to 511.1374, found at the bottom here: http://www.byond.com/download/build/511/

I dunno if it helps, but this happens to me when I am running SS13, lock my computer and a new round starts when it is still locked. I just fix it by re-joining though, so it might not be one byonds side but rather Motherfan's drivers?

sure looks like driver problems. I had the same thing, but not that bad, sometimes, before my computer was fixed
