about a week ago late at night i played a round with only 10 people and it was a nuke round

Pretty sure this isn't a bug, only blob was removed. I really enjoy being a solo nuke op, it's like being a traitor, but you have neat gear, know you are the only traitor, and have a specific thing set to do. I always do stealthy solo nuke op though, idk how good it is for nerds with rpgs
