I think things that normally are unable to speak like meatcubes are able to speak with a pod. It also uses the name of whoever's ID you're wearing as the name when you speak. I once convinced a changeling I was also a ling because I took his old ID and spoke through a pod. RE: Pods include universal translators - sartorius - 01-31-2017 I think this is a feature.
