Bug is what it says on the tin. Wear black gloves and you'll burn your hands on lights. But, latex gloves allow you to remove them just fine. Yeah...

Well, black gloves description explicitly describes them as heat resistant, and they give you 10% heat resistance compared to latex gloves 5%

Superlagg, that only applies to light and not heat. Carbon is black but it's a great insulator (well, coal is and diamonds are), but aluminium is white yet is a great conductor. Aluminium absorbs heat faster and transfers it faster, while carbon doesn't, despite color.
