Krampus Dismounting Utility Cart - atamusvaleo - 01-03-2017
Contrary to the thread title, it is unable to do so.
To replicate, be Krampus, hate all that is, hop on the utility cart, ride around, get bored, and then try to dismount; finding out you can't in the process.
