Earlier today i was a changeling. A guy shot me into critical with lasers, and i went into stasis. Thinking me dead anyway, he walked off. I didn't heal at all and died even though no-one else was attacking me.
If you fall into critical with speed regenerate and regenerative stasis on you don't heal at all and still die.

This has to be a new thing, I've had speed regen bring me out of crit before. Note that when that happened I literally had over 500 DNA so I just mashed the button and it stacked 10-20 times, though, so maybe it just doesn't heal you very much in crit?
