Canisters and air temperature. - Clarks - 03-28-2013

Canisters do not take heat from the tile they occupy. They take damage until they break and release their contents.

Now that overpressurized canisters can explode, why not let canisters absorb heat from the environment, and let gas pressure be the cause of rupture?

I always thought that happened, when there are plasma fires the canisters usually break. I don't know if it is tied to heat though.
