AI cannot interact with new chem dispenser interface - Mordent - 10-20-2016
Possibly a feature, but before the AI could add chemicals to containers that were already in chemical dispensers via camera. That is no longer the case. Cyborgs/AI shells seem to be able to interact, but have to be adjacent to it, so that's probably why the AI can't do anything with them.
