[Feature] More Formatting Tags for Paper - CameronWoof - 10-04-2016
This patch adds headings, horizontal rules, blockquotes and bulleted lists to the sanitized formatting section.
It also cleans up the appearance of paper; paper you name is no longer "paper - thingyounamedit" but just "'thingyounamedit'" instead. The baby quotes are still there so that you know it's a paper titled something.

Patch on hold after a discussion in IRC about the in-efficient over-use of replacetext() and my subsequent promise to code a bbcode/markdown parser datum as a result.
Sidenote: why do I keep promising to do these things fuck
