Alright, lets get this ball rolling.
How about as a ling objective, they could have to impersonate and replace another crewmember without anybody noticing.
As a traitor they could have an objective to commit murder and then frame someone else for the crime. Or maybe a hostage situation. Or maybe even convince someone else to murder someone for you.
As an aside, most of these will probably have to be successful automatically clause on them because most of this will be difficult to test for.

Here are a few for Traitor and Ling.
Traitor: Steal 10,000 dollars from people aboard the station, and put it into your account.
Traitor: Learn 4 personal facts about people through spying.
Ling: Replace the Captain aboard the station, without anyone noticing.
Ling: Cause a crewmember to be killed out of fear of being the changeling through trickery.

the obvious murder trick for traitors is to kill your targets via a gruesome sabotage, convincingly played off as a mere accident

Miscreant/traitor objective: mess with as much of the station's piping as possible without being overly destructive. Reroute mail, channel disposals into the bridge, infinite flusher loops. Get creative.
