See title, triggering it will quite literally grind the server to a halt for a good few minutes.

The most likely cause of lag (Though I have no knowledge of coding so it could be something else) is that triggering it turns off every light on the Z-Level. Including areas like the listening post and wizard's den.

Oh, by the way it should not lag people now. It just takes a bit longer to do all the lights.
