De-randomize the O2 closet - Prichard - 07-11-2016
It's the one in research towards the southwest corner near where the pod spawns. Sometimes it's great and has emergency oxygen tanks, and sometime's it's filled with nothing but garbage like breath masks (everyone spawns with one anyways!)
Can be applied to any other O2 closet that exists

I say randomized differently would work better, always have an oxygen tank and a breath mask but randomly have other shit including spawn items like potatoes sometimes

Always have an oxygen tank but not necessarily an emergency oxygen tank.

sometimes they have big white airtanks in them too. which are a lifesaver as well, if not as much of a convenience

It seems like semi-random spawning is the best compromise. Make sure it contains the bare essentials, and then randomly spawn in the trash items
