Intercoms and headsets - atomic1fire - 07-03-2016 It seems kinda silly that anyone that uses a department intercom can't hear the intercom unless they're near it. I propose that in addition to the private channel, people like sec officers also have an :I for intercom, so they can hear and chat with both. Captain is a bit of a give or take on whether or not they need to spy on every intercom, especially since it sounds like a lot of white noise to more important stuff. If they need it maybe somebody could hammer out a better way to deal with it, or just give them bridge intercoms instead.
