General display/overlay weirdness going on lately - Grayshift - 05-29-2016

Something is up with display code of late!

1. This one happened to me so I can confidently say ice cream was broken - the Centcom ice cream was just the cones portion of the sprite. Other people could see them normally.
2. Medibots are pretty screwed in general - sometimes they're just a box on wheels with no arm, I've heard that they've disappeared completely on being created.
3. Wirecutters displayed as a shuttle control part for some people.

4. The sparkle effect has briefly flashed to the smoke effect at some points in its animation loop. Might be a separate issue related to pooling apparently!

Okay, the ice cream can be fixed by updating to the latest BYOND version.
Maybe the rest can be as well, not sure. There was fuckery with layers happening due to different versions.

Updating BYOND fixed Medibots, will recommend this solution to further instances of bizarre behavior.

All 'particle' effects seem seem to turn into smoke on occasion. I mostly see this with mechcomp component 'dots' or when I make vast quantities of sparklebooze.

The wire cutters looked like the PTL to me.

Also, the light on card locked containers seems broken, at least on my end.

This is caused by not having an up to date BYOND! Update!
