OK I get that superfarts were overpowered before but not allowing someone to fart because they're handcuffed is kinda stupid
Just keep the no farts while stunned thing and let people use their bowels without their hands being available

It could be like the macho stare. At least I think that's the one that bloodmists a person. I really shouldn't know that off-hand; it makes me sad.

I believe the macho man actually has two stare techniques.
One of them bloodmists people, the other one turns them into golden statues.
