I made a frog gun for the admins to use. Thanks to the folks in IRC for suggesting this.
- It's a gun.
- It shoots
and 
overlays onto objects.
- It ribbits.
- +9000 Style Points

Yes! They do. They will hit any object that a normal bullet would hit.
