[Feature] AI: Relay PDA messages to deployed shells - Isilkor - 03-09-2016
When the AI deploys to a shell, it doesn't receive PDA messages anymore, because the PDA stays in the core. This patch changes the behavior so incoming PDA messages get relayed to the current shell, and also allows the shell to send replies.
