noises for law changes - TheNewTeddy - 02-14-2016

If an admin is mad at you, this alert sounds and you get the rules pop up in your face. If you ghosting and a random event antag position opens up, you also get an alert sound, and stuff in your face.

As AI and Borg I sometimes miss rule changes and emags because I'm in the middle of something and miss the chat notification.

As such my suggestion is to place an alert noise on these things to decrease the chances of it being missed.

This is a pretty simple improvement, I like it.

Along with this I'd love if there was a dedicated tab for AI laws, rather than having to read it from the chatbox. Would just streamline things an extra tad more.

I think that when you get mind-controlled you get a popup; so ideally this would be modeled on that and would activate

1 - any time someone emags a borg and you are that borg
2 - any time a law is changed, or reset, and you are an AI and or a borg

A noise or popup would be nice, but hopefully something a little less HOLY SHIT FUCK than the random antag noise/alarm. Something like a windows OS startup noise would be cool.

I would like something for law updates. I sometimes always miss those on occasion forever.

Here is a free sound that might be fitting for this purpouse: https://www.freesound.org/people/danielnieto7/sounds/135613/

The sounds we already have will work fine, it's just a matter of implementing it.
