Towel hats would go perfectly with the bathrobe that was suggested so I sprited it.

This might be kind of a silly idea, but how about making it work like paper hats do now. Give the towel the option to fold into a hat by right clicking on it.

What I like about the robe is that it looks obesity friendly, so you could actually wear clothes if you had it.
