Robot Suicide on Destiny - Zamujasa - 12-28-2015
Cyborgs/the AI cannot suicide. The former has the option of at least breaking into disposals and walking into the crusher if possible, but the AI is without any such option.
This means that all of the "helpful" AI murder-law techniques aren't possible. (Though it does give an amusing way to rules-lawyer your way out of suicide if they use the first example!)

On this note, if it isn't already, suicide should be unlocked for mindslaves aswell, since they can be ordered to do so.

A mindslave ordered to commit suicide can just have a walk into the crusher or out the nearest airlock? The AI is the only one who can't commit suicide without the suicide command or a good understanding of Telescience.

That takes a long, long time. 1500 power ticks, even at one tick per second, is 25 minutes. Way too long if you have a "suicide when the shuttle is called/arrives" law.

If the AI has a shell left (and knows what its doing, I guess?) it can crowbar itself to death with its shell.

That is what the "LEAVE VR" button is for. It actually just kills you anyway.
