The Syndicate TeleRelay Satellite which can be found on one of the telescience areas no longer works and will no longer teleport you.

I've experienced this twice attempting to complete the bad ending of solarium, where you are unable to go into the portal. You can, but it depends on where you trigger the remote, but it can be frustrating.

For some reason it spawns the drone assembly area portal in a wall. This looks like it might be the thing that busts it.

Suggestion: Make it so you can only use the remote in one spot, as I don't like to guess which spot I have to be for it to work.

Okay, this is what I found out. Using the remote isn't location dependent. It will cause the portal on the satellite to spawn in a random location, regardless of where you press the remote, and a lot of times it spawns in a wall preventing you from entering the portal.
