Add a menu to the bar - Nnystyxx - 12-04-2015

That says it all. Randomly-generated menus accessible at the bar/the tables that just list food/drink items, so as to give the chef something to do and some interaction with barman/crew. Inspired by, but not exclusive to, the influx of RP due to the new Destiny map.

One of those nifty noticeboards labeled 'MENU' would also be great! Those don't get used often enough.
