As far as I can tell, you clicked each other on the same tick and both of your actions went through. I think this is fine to leave in, as it would probably be hard to fix and it's pretty uncommon.

a small chance for a guy with a real weapon to not get bullshitted by Captain Kung-fu and his constant disarm intent is a good thing.
