Have a limit to how high or low the pitch can be.
Have emagged borgs be able to bypass this limit.

I would like to see the 'dueling banjos' scene from Family Guy recreated in SS13 if this was implemented.

I'd love this. More silly things to do is always fun, and I can't think of any negatives that affect players.
