People who are cuffed/have had their arms removed should be able to kick things. Not as good as punching and you might fall over if you miss.

Biting too. That way you could have no limbs and still fight on. You could pit limbless crewmembers against each other in the boxing ring and bet on who'd bite the other to death first.

Everyone should be able to kick by targeting the legs, or (as now) when attacking people who're on the floor. Just anything low down, use the legs instead of the arms.
