Is it me, or do the MiniPutts contain some sort of internal dimensional vortex, because if you stand around it with 8 people who click-drag themselfs onto the pod, they all get in.

I haven't tried this, but I really don't mind it. It takes coordination and can't reliably be done in a real emergency. It's more likely to get the people involved killed if an emergency arises. I mean, I've been one of 10 people to fit inside of an old volkswagon beetle. The ride was neither comfortable nor safe, and somebody who may or may not have been me released a horrible toxin upon the others, but we didn't die and had plenty of fun either way. Especially me.
