Sound weirdness - Wire - 09-17-2015
As part of operation Murder-Resource-Filesize, all of the sound files were recently compressed down. Now, largely this has been ok and like 90% of sounds seem fine but well there's a shit load of them so chances are we missed some that don't.
If you happen across any sound in the game that seems hella weird, post about it here please. (Be specific)

Since i sort of uhh.. did the compression, the blob attack sound sounds too whitenoisy, might want to revert that one.

Not sure if it was removed beforehand, but the mineral magnet no longer has that sound it made when pulling an asteroid in.

everyone was yelling about it ingame so I just scrolled to the bottom and posted, sorry. Anyways farts and screams are also weird.

The PA ambient noises sound really garbled and bad.

Those sliding glass doors also sound terrible.

My guess is that anything that had high/a lot of treble or base is going to sound weird/wonky with these compression settings.
