If you've grabbed someone with both hands, they should be unable to move around, like when they're handcuffed and being pulled. But of course, their hands are still free, so they can just disarm one hand and get away.

Maybe have it just count the number of grabs on the person in general, so you can have one person taking each arm and frogmarching them down the hall.
