A chemical that probably unrealistically gives wearables a "sterilized" in front of it and gives some disease resistance.
e.g splash on horse mask for sterilized horse mask you can wear while doing surgery.

How about it could also be used with pathology and in ways to get certain traits for your custom virus?

sounds useful. would it wear off over time? perhaps there could even be stain-resistance treatments for bloodless(on you) murderings
toughening up your pet disease by exposing it to bad shit like sterilizing agents and other chemicals also sounds cool
