Gold ingots refined from ore can't be sold - Kubius - 06-15-2015 I've tried this personally with two different methods: selling to the trader on the salvage ship, and selling via the QM launcher. The trader won't accept it, and it doesn't give me any money past the price of a crate when it's launched. Additionally, browsing the bug reports history shows that smelted ingots can't be sold to C.A.R.L. either, according to a thread from mid-late 2014. Re: Gold ingots refined from ore can't be sold - UrsulaMejor - 06-15-2015 of course not. The gold in space is genuine stamped space-spain seigniorage. The gold you make is shitty ill-refined bottom bin gold bars of unknown quality; why would they want that? Re: Gold ingots refined from ore can't be sold - misto - 06-16-2015 fools gold Re: Gold ingots refined from ore can't be sold - Anticheese - 06-16-2015 Purestrain gold as space loot, perhaps? Re: Gold ingots refined from ore can't be sold - Marquesas - 06-18-2015 These are bars, not ingots. There's probably a difference, but I'm no jeweler. It's also not a bug, it's a feature eternally stuck in work in progress. |
