I'm divided on if either this is a bug or easter egg, but I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
Upon examining the NT poster, the window thing of ''you are a wizard,'' for starting wizards is shown.

I just checked and yup, this poster on the ice-moon totally does bring up the wizard window.
