"help" window external links are bad - Floor_Tile - 06-08-2015
typing "help" into the command bar or by using the "help" command brings up the help window,
but the external links at the bottom uses Internet explorer (instead of default browser) and links to autisticpowers.info/ss13/wiki/Main_Page which is a defunct website.
That and the info in the help window is quite a bit out of date.

I've updated the links to point to the right places now. The opening in IE thing wont be fixed for a little while.
