People with no arms should be able to headbutt instead of punching. This causes brute damage to yourself though. Biting would be cool as well.

biting someone who is wearing armor, or biting a cyborg, should cause ur teeth to get messed up and thus make it hard to eat food and give a special "broken teeth" speech impediment
and the barbershop should dentistry equipment :3
