Change the Local Air Monitors or air consumption - kyle2143 - 01-27-2013

Okay, to start, the Local Air Monitors are really bad at determining whether air is lethal or not. A slight amount of carbon dioxide in a room simply from people breathing will cause it to show a lethal warning. Or even having the air pressure be too high like I tested here: [Image: cLWdDTN.png]

In real life, this pressure should kill you. and you can breathe a much higher pressure without experiencing any ill effects in game.[Image: fig15d3.gif]

I know this is really just a minor issue and I doubt that many people care too much about this or making the game very realistic, but it is annoying that it can be so easily tricked into showing a lethal warning and that you can breathe pure Oxygen at 300 kPa and be perfectly fine. I mean all these values are messed up for oxygen consumption. 21 kPa is what most pure oxygen tanks are set to for close to minimum pressure should still kill a person. At the very least, air monitors should accurately show when the air is lethal.
