It would be like the clown is imaging everyone talking goofy. I guess if everyone knows about it it's not really an easter egg, but it would be a fun idea that doesn't affect the game-play of most people.
Maybe even as a medal reward for playing as clown.

I thought you meant making the clown's speech appear in the Comic Sans font to everyone else. I am disappointed.

That could work too, it's just that I think comic sans as a font option somewhere would be funny.

I think having the clown start with the comic sans mutation every once in a while could work, like how the chef starts Swedish every so often.
