Catwalks eating projectiles. - tjtr - 04-27-2015

I've noticed that catwalks have the tendency to stop all kinds of projectiles (kinetic, pod- and handheld lasers etc.) if the projectiles attempt to fly over the tile.
I have more than once emptied an energy gun in an attempt to hit someone in space, only getting one or two shots to actually connect due to the "magnetic catwalks".

Oh jeez, catwalk surfaces are unsolid grilles.

I thought that was pretty obvious shrug

They've been like that since conception and I'm p sure Cogs himself said that is what they were

This just in: not every coder knows every tiny facet of the entire codebase.

i feel betrayed

More seriously, though, this is especially annoying on Blob rounds where a good ole laser shot doesn't do diddly if it's fired along a catwalk instead of from space. I hope an adjustment gets looked into.
