those piles of bloody waste scrap should have reagent values! the loafer already works like this. It should take stuff from bags too.

Can you even interact with that scrap pile in any way other than a description? You should be able to reclaim/smelt that stuff into something.

You used to be able to, with the old fabricators (they had a Reclaim Scrap option that turned scrap into one of a few basic materials randomly), but not with the current reclaimers and stuff.

bring this back. the recycling station should actually recycle things instead of spacing them
