Step 2: floor is covered in 1-50 credit bills (think cheese smoke without the cheese or the smoke)
step 3: graysuits bludgeon each other to death over small change

Yes, maybe throwing money should spread in an arc like a flamethrower, rather than exploding in a radius around your character.
