if you try to give a lit cigarette to someone by forcing it into their mouth or hand it gives the drop message

As a regular chainsmoking hos, I can confirm that you get the drop message when putting it in your mouth.
Stop it, if I wanted to drop the smoking, then I would've gone to the doctor about it already.
