they come in a stack of "1" that dispenses infinitely. This means all you can do is
1) NOT build wall girders
2) NOT plate wall girders
3) NOT make any consutructions
4) dispense infinite amounts of floor tiles and rods and racks you can't personally use
5) Basically jack all
